1, KSSCPA was registered in the year 1999, as per the Travancore-Kochi Act. During the term of office bearers:

• P. Sukumaran Nair - President
• N. Kesavan Nair - Secretary
• C. V. Mathews - Treasurer

2, Sixteen members participated in this meeting. At that time, the Association was known as the Kerala Sports Council Pensioners Association (KSCPA).

3, The Association was initially formed during the year 1996–1997, with the following office bearers:

• P. Sukumaran Nair - President
• N. Kesavan Nair - Secretary
• C. V. Mathews - Treasurer

4, Nine members participated in this foundational meeting.

Pension was introduced to the Kerala Sports Council through Government Order No (P) No 66/82/GAD dated 11/03/1982.

5, Pension Book was introduced to Council Pensioners on 30/05/2012.

6, Welfare Fund was formed for the members by KSSCPA during 19/20/2012.

7, G. Thomas, Athletes Coach, was the first pensioner from Kerala Sports Council during 03/08/1982.

8, P. P. Lailamma, wife of P. Radhakrishnan, Athletes Coach, is the first family pensioner from KSC during 03/08/1997.

9, The Association name was amended in 2008 from Kerala Sports Council Pensioners Association to Kerala State Sports Council Pensioners Association.

10, The bylaw was also amended in 2008, changing the term of office bearers from one year to two years.
